Maybe, but its actual music, you want compressed, look no further than the n64. The games you listed have nothing to do with this game and nothing to do with the topic at hand, all were done by other developers. Now, as for this game, you get almost half the soundtrack with no real music, all the n64 version music is synth based, while the PSX version uses real instruments (or real sounding instruments). Really, the only thing wrong with it is that the majority of PSX music is 70's style rock/metal, with a few tracks that differ. Really though, the PSX music just fix the game better overall, its a 70's car combat game, rock and metal fit the mood of it, n64 synth just doesn't.
