Suggestion--- Smith plays the supervillan causing chaos all over the map, Ross and Trott play semi-rival vigilantes wanting to stop Smith but also claim as many bounties and stop as much crime as possible (especially mass murders/destruction caused by players and going to gang attack locations) while hunting for Smith. All while trying to not harm innocent lives and even save cops, kill players who kill cops and innocents etc

Its unfortunate Rockstar were such lazy buggers when it came to designing the physics on rocket type projectiles to just explode once they reach a maximum range rather than having much longer range, but travel in an arc instead.
