Some bikes are better at it than others, too. The Bati 801 seems to be ok, as is the Sanchez. The Carbon RS and Dinka Akuma are absolutely terrible at it (really, any of the "street fighters" are no good at it).

You can pretty much make your own public server using the Windows Resource Monitor. Under the network tab just stop the GTA5.exe process for about 10 seconds and everybody on your server leaves. After the other two join you might get more people joining, but if you do it again most of the time you have your peace.

Trott, you can exit the hanger without a plane. You just walk to the front door and it lets you out. Easy. and btw, humans are animals. ;) ...and the Rogue is the most agile plane in the game, it takes agility over speed.
