Mind-boggling, as you say, is an excellent word. I want to say so much but I can't find words. One thing, the other wild, Mind-boggling thing that's "kinda mystical" in the past 24 hrs I guess, as I was out and alone with nature etc, I was thinking exactly what your video was saying.. like the awareness that we have the "knowing~knower of the field " I guess I can say. Like the thoughts that were like "it's happening in the formless consciousness, not in space time.."outside of space time" ❤❤ not worded like you presented but I feel that..exciting, yet, feel "small" in this huge....space..I mean, humbled and humbled that I'm here, I guess, grateful. It's always good to hear what you have to say, my dear. It's all a matter of angle. The difficulty lies precisely in this: it is necessary to observe that it is the observer who is experiencing it, not the character. The character is a medium for the viewer to experience. The character is born and dies, because it is impermanent, temporary. Until he resurfaces as another character, and then another, and another. The observer who creates the experience is the eternal I AM. While the character transits in space-time, the observer is beyond space-time, he is timeless, he is non-local. When I changed my angle of perception, I had this understanding. We are conditioned to believe that we are this body, this character. It is not the one who observes, but who is also observed. It's not the experience, but it's part of it because it's a process of experience. We are not this physical body, it is just one of the vehicles for consciousness to experience itself. this clip, made me go back in the days where i never tried sex, alcohol, drugs or any types of pleasures.. so when i was a kid, and in my mind all the time in that period of time, i had a voice in my head telling "im home", my brain was feeling like chill and my body was very pleasent like in a blanket... this now i realise that my past life or the eternal was talking inside, the higher that i never wanted to meet as now i try. I even could manifest in my visual mind, how i wanted to be for me and for the word to explore in its self... so much weird and complex discutions that i had when i was little with me, no other. And seeing now, that im a freak for the world around me, this lead me to understand and stay alone and just explore what i can be and want to see in the world, peace, love and reborn, with no masters or foes. But sadly our bad side of us, can take very ez over and never to be the same as once we all was, the roots of all. No good or bad, just an experience in this big place we should call home, but others sells it for somethnig that can't be forever.

Condivido quanto ha detto ma usando le mie parole semplificherei il tutto dicendo: Esiste solo in realtà Coscienza/Mente, quando la mente cessa di pensare emerge la Pura Coscienza che è sempre stata presente nel suo stato immutabile; quando la Mente pensa "crea" il suo sogno (mondo fatto di spazio/tempo) che trascina la Coscienza attraverso le varie emozioni a vedersi come soggetto agente quando in realtà è e rimane solo il semplice Testimone.

Something I always fear about the idea that "I am the Universe experiencing itself" is what that means for my sense of self? I worry that the identity I value and the identities of those I love will dissolve into nothing, and that the things I want to achieve are as a result meaningless

Our brain only recognizes what we Know…but if someone brings awareness to a sound we often ignore because of unfamiliarity…we are now in the “know” making us aware that That is a sound…
