बिहार की फेमस दाल पूरी और भंडारे वाली आलू की सब्जी | Dal Poori With Aloo Ki Sabzi | Chef Ashok
ingredients :-
.200 gm chana dal
2 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
water
1 tsp oil
1 tsp chop ginger
1 tsp chop garlic
1 tsp chop green chilli
1 pinch asafoetida
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
chop coriander
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
Aloo ki sabji:-
5-6 potato
2 chop tomato
1 tsp chop ginger
1 tsp cumin seed
1 pinch asafoetida
2 green chilli
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
1 litter oil for frying
chop coriander
1 cube butter
