@ i'm fully behind building more airports in Karnataka especially the south of Bangalore. But somehow "we will not allow TN to proceed" is regressive mindset. If there is any demand for the new airport in Bengaluru, it should be constructed inside Bengaluru, Karnataka. Hosuru should not be considered as an ulternative. Already, Karbataka planning for 2 new airports one in HAL and another one in Nelamangala/Bidadi

@ramansv3681 Bangalore is inKarnataka. Decision should be taken thinking the long term interest of Bengaluru & Karnataka. Karnaraka Govt is already planning for the secomd international airport. In that case, why can't that be constucted in Karnataka. If that happens what is your problem? Already talks are goingvon to re-open the HAL airport and to construct the ptential airport at Bidadi. If that happens, it will be far more beneficial than Hosur. Stop thing from Tamilnandu perspective to benefit Tamilnadu.

@ssryr6427 if there are companies, if there are people who commute in planes, airport would be constructed. Bangalore airport is already conjusted. Hence, airport is required in Bangalore. If you build an airport in North Karntaka, people of Bangalore will not use it and North Karnataka would not provide sufficient passangers. Airport will run in loss and finally get closed.

First the Indi alliance ruling in Karnataka and the Indi alliance ruling in TamilNadu should jointly clear the mekedatu proposal. Modi has already said that he has given approval to the project

Nelamangala airport if it happens people who are near to Nelamangala side they will go to tht airport... traffic might reduce....If hosur airport happens even we people have benifit...
