This is the best depiction I’ve seen of Mary Lambert’s- body love. Most others don’t have the correct feeling. The smoothness of telling a story of growing from the trauma of self hatred to embracing the strength one has to endure and persevere through it. Unlike other videos I’ve seen that focus to much on multiple different techniques, and fast paced action. Here I can see a story that slows, and shows the depth in the moments most important. Great job on showing what dance really is, a story to be told through movement.
