I have been creating jewelry for many years but have never delved into weaving with beads. Over the past several months, I have watched countless tutorials on such techniques. But today for the first time, I looked at your wire work videos and I must tell you that your work is absolutely impeccable! And I will definitely be watching many of your videos! Thank you so much for posting and making your techniques available to us. 💖

Thank you! You give wonderful instructions! Are you using dead soft wire for both gauges? Or are you using hard for the base wire?

Beautiful work and lovely clear instructions. Would it be possible to use this technique on an undrilled square cabochon, just not sure how it would work with corners, I have some dichroic glass cabochons which would look lovely done this way.

What hardness are you using for the 26 gauge? I used dead soft but it kinks a lot just by looking at it lol

Do you have any tips on how to do this with coated or colored wire? My wires tend to get stripped of their color from pulling through for each loop. Maybe just using bare copper wire is the way to go?

Hello. I have a question but first wanted you to know how much I appreciate you sharing your knowledge and how beautiful your creations are. Question: I am doing this weave for first time and finding 26 gauge in any kind of silver is very difficult. It is not as malleable as copper. What gauge would you recommend for silver that will bend better than 26g but not break? Anyone feel free to chime in.

I tried to make it but I just couldn't get it to work for me. I did use 26g wire as the video said but it was just to hard. Maybe 28g should be used.

Were you using a 26 gauge dead soft? if it was German style or half hard, that would explain the difficulty :)
