I’ve seen 2 chiropractors and I realize why I didn’t get any relief now. They both used chiropractor table that they would raise up and it drops whenever they pop your back. It never felt like my back popped just the table making the noise. Not sure if it’s where they train or how she’s mixed in deep tissue massage with her sessions. I’m sure after the soreness you feel so much better.

Everyone talks about how dangerous Chiros can be, but this is what Mondragon and a few others do so well that most Chiros don't do. They take the time to warm their patients up, loose muscles and put their bodies in the best state for success post each adjustment
