11:55 Except for Floki it's different because whenever he's taken part in raiding a christian church everyone who was praying stopped praying and starting running and screaming instead. I think on of the reasons why Floki doesn't like christians is because he never felt that they were sincere in their faith. In this temple however, they don't stop praying even for a second, there are no symbols of their god but that doesn't stop their dedication.

I guess you've found out by now -but yes you are correct. The one-eyed man is a representation of the norse god Odin -who sold his one eye for wisdom. He's the highest ranking god in the norse mythology and father of the lesser ones such as Thor. There are suddle pointers towards the mythology throughout the series and at this point Odin shows up to tell the people about Ragnar.

Yessss boo our ancestors traveled & conquered the world long before the Europeans! Invaded Spain & Italy but had a long foothold in Spain until the Spanish Inquisition made Spain great again & predominantly white & Catholic. Muslims don’t allow ANYTHING to interrupt their prayers. The guy with 1 eye was definitely Odin the allfather telling the sons of Ragnar about his death
