@ flos scheme is great but he’s honestly a terrible play caller. He will blitz 9 people on 3rd and 6 and give up a td or a huge gain or he calls prevent defense and allows the opposing team to charge right down the field. The suggestion that he might be traded is ludicrous. This the first time they've had to really look inward and dig deep in like 9 or 10 weeks. Not just Sam either: Gink dropped a puck; JJ missed a couple catches that weren't easy, but he is JJ after all; Will's kicking. This is the biggest test KOC has faced. If they lay an egg in the playiffs, you're concerned... but you don't do anything rash.

Disappointed by the effort of Darnold yesterday. He played like a Jet, not a Viking. You simply cannot come into a game of this magnitude and fail so miserably. He did not look like the same guy who got the team to this moment. Named to Pro Bowl and performs like that? Probably took himself out of any remaining conversation for MVP. My take is that we should have continued to run the ball given Darnold's stuggles. Throwing the ball 41 times made it easy for Detroit to send pressure and our receivers were virtually absent from the game. Addison was virtually a no show. Enough said about last night. Its gut check time. The regular season is a distant memory. If we go one and done, its simply a lost opportunity as I did not feel this team could make the playoffs as of August. While pleasantly surprised, I have been waiting a very long time for this team to get to the promised land. Let's roll the Rams and take out the Lions in the Division Round. Then we will have vindicated ourselves from the only teams to beat them. Darnold and FG kicker better be locked and loaded. Those are our points guys and if they have the yips, we are in trouble.

I never watched the Detroit game because I knew the Vikings was going to lose. And I’m not going to watch the LA Rams game because the Vikings is going to lose.That’s why the Vikings season was over in Detroit. McVay is a better coach, a stronger leader and knows how to win.
