We’ve all seen his passionate , positive , and from the heart locker room speeches - win or lose… leading a team of talented men that truly hear and feel his words and his passion - he’s one of the boys - and not one player wouldn’t run through a wall for this guy… Minnesota ranked 1? I believe in organization and their treatment of players through their staff, facilities, and Overall respect for the individual players , their families and their potential - known for being squeaky clean and making the splash picks against the grain - some would argue JJ - but seeing how he’s matured as a human and a player shows who he was as a rookie coming in and potentially how he was molded by this organization… KOC was the perfect fit for this team for many reasons… One of my favorite things aside from his professionalism, elite offensive schemes, and his passion - is his choice of words - purposely avoiding negative verbage but also not getting ahead of himself - he could’ve easily said” this is a Super Bowl team” but instead focuses on the task at hand - one game at a time - and promoting teamwork, hard work, and good football / execution - greatly and evidently shown by the teams solid execution in lack of penalties and most importantly being able to start fast and finish games which was greatly lacking in Viking teams of the past - contributing to how different and unique this team is now… bringing in a good qb , surrounding him with a complete and talented roster with a top 10 o line best wr in league with depth to show for - not to mention providing faith and patience in the most integral piece to a team that can very much bring home a ring !!! SKOLLL !
