Anyone who says they aren’t even a little nervous about the JJ contract situation is in denial. I think the deal will get done but I’m just wondering what his thoughts are in terms of whether he feels comfortable having a rookie as the starter. JJ McCarthy obviously won’t start the season as the starter but is Justin confident that JJ will be a QB he can work with.

Brandon Powell actually had almost identical yds/catch last year as KJ. He just had fewer targets. Don’t count out Nailor yet.

The Mn Vikings were 2-8 with Jefferson playing, 5-2 (including winning 5 straight) without him. Finishing with a 7-10, 2023 record. He has been a solid wide receiver, but I’m starting to see a little Stefan Diggs entitlement creeping into has attitude. Trade him now when his value is at its highest, would be my approach if he tries to hold up the bank!

If he is the team player everyone says he is then why is he not signed! He is worried about JJ and noone else! He said he wanted to be involved in the decision of what QB was going to be probably drafted. Since the draft it has been crickets. I would like to see him signed however I have a feeling it might not happen.

WE need a guard more than anything. If you don't give the QB enough time to throw to his receivers what good does it do to get more receivers? WE need a lot of help at the guard position! ED Ingram sucks, I mean he is a human sieve, the only way he stops anybody is by holding. He is worthless!
