Well the Broncos are a hard team to watch on offense with so little downfield passing game. They just need some more WR and TE's that are play makers it seems. Drafted a speedster and can't get him the ball and Jaleel has also disappeared after a promising start. If they only had a stud tight end like many teams do they might actually be dangerous. Russ is now a great game manager.

As a Broncos fan I can tell u Russ doesn’t utilize TE unfortunately and our offense is incredibly boring . Our defense has played amazing and without them we wouldn’t win . I think we have offensive talent but with Sean Payton scheme he is practically limiting Russ from throwing the ball deep rather just throwing short dump offs and running the ball. Our offense is gonna have to step up if we wanna keep the streak alive . I don’t think Russ is bad but the nfl is blowing Russ out of proportion when they say “Russ is cooking” . He just looks solid but nothing special , although sometimes he has his moments . If we get the offense going then we really could have a shot at the playoffs.

I don’t know, as the offense still has not performed consistently well. Without turnovers, the offense has had a hard time to move the chain to score, and even getting a good field possession due to takeaways, like this game it has been field goal after field goals…if we have at least of half of capability of Peyton Manning-led offense, games like this would have been blowouts that by the start of the 4th quarter, it would’ve been decided! We gotta learn how to move the ball from the own territory to score TDs in order to compete with other contenders!

Notice he also changed the play call on some of those checkdowns, so it's not like he was just dumping it for short yardage for no reason. As a QB, his job is to take what the defense gives him, and if they keep giving him open receivers between the sticks then he should take those easy yards all day.
