Little bit of smoke and mirrors going on I think. I’ve watched every game 3 times and it’s amazing how easy the get can score in any situation. Not exactly sure what went on with Dallas but when you see what other teams put on them for points a rematch would be fun.

@@mcdiesel234 I think the Dallas game was a combination of hubris and emotional fatigue from the Buffalo one. We just weren’t able to get that momentum going to swing it around like with the colts. Highly agree that a rematch would be a completely different story.

He was integral throughout this game. He made a 1st down on the last drive to keep it going. Man with KJ playing like that it gives Kirk another playmaker to throw to. I can' think of another team that has so many strong offensive threats with JJ, Thielen, KJ, Hock and Cook. My issue with this team is how they let a bad team like the Colts get up on them as much as they did while Vikes score nothing. Too many games have been one score games cause Vikings offense disappears for massive slots of time during the game. This comeback only happened because it was such a bad team across the field. They aren't going to do that against Dallas or SF or Phili. I actually blame Cousins as this has been his MO his entire career. He throws far too many interceptions and seems to go 3 and out far too often in games and has suck limited mobility in the pocket. I will believe he can win it all, when and if he actually does. Otherwise I don't have a ton of faith that Cousins is guy to take this team to the last game of the year.

@@rogerhickson7256 the way I look at it is that when the refs called Sullivan's first fumble return for a TD back for "forward progress", we end up down 0-23 instead of 7-23 and then the pick-6 happens right after that because the Colts were able to punt it then we got a call against us pushing us back deep into our own territory. That doesn't happen if the call is made correctly so the game would have been way more manageable, but hey... 33-point comeback. Lol I'll take the W

I’ve been a Washington fan all my young life, I started with RG3 and watched Kirk’s rise from backing up the best rookie (at the time) to becoming honestly a top 10 QB in the league. It bothers me how much disrespect he gets. I’m still a Commanders fan for life as I was born and raised in the metropolitan area, but if it’s cool I’m definitely a secondary Vikings/Kirk fan. I’ve now witnessed two of (in my opinion) the greatest comebacks in history led by Captain Kirk. 😊

That guy needs to stay here. He's gotta be one of the strongest recievers since Moss. Multiple times during this game he would snag a ball in an improbable position and then literally drag multiple defenders with him for a few extra yards. I don't know how he does it.

@@evan____ I’m iffy about Reagor though. Kirk threw 2 ints that were both on Reagor honestly. Thieland probably only has 2 years left before he retires, if KJ resigns, they could do a cheap contract for 2 years, and keep him in as WR3 or alternate between Thieland and KJ. Then when Thieland retires, pay KJ, and have him be WR2. We do need more depth at defense but I know I’d hate to see Thieland go!

Or the lose meter when that untimely fumble cook coughed up was snatched up . The offense caused most of the mess and bailed themselves out in the nick of time , realistically it was a defense that probably put on the grittiest display of shutdown ball ever seen for a long time , especially cause the points they scored were taken away. Definitely a team win even though the defense is innocent !!!! , kirk cousins is a legend and ain't near done .

The 1993 Oilers lost a 32 point lead on 1/3/93 to Buffalo. I watched it with my dad while we were on the phone with each other. During games we’d often call each other when there was a big play. We were talking as the Oilers kept giving away their huge lead. We couldn’t believe it. My dad was a big Warren Moon fan. I was too. He was a unique player. That phone call that day was very high (it was before cheap cell phones) but the cost was worth it. I’ll always remember watching that game with dad. This game was amazing. I imagine a lot of people went home early to avoid the traffic. They missed a great one.
