Love this. What should be added, and this is just a personal opinion: - popularity rating - trade superstars between brands (not sure if this has been mentioned) - using a pre existed gm (heyman, paige, regal) - have the option to start on raw, sd, nxt and to turn off custom superstars the mode generates - have a draft before starting between the 3 brands - option to turn retirements off - view other shows' matchcard

Popularity rating would be part of the superstars ratings breakdown, I accounted for that. Trading Superstars is done on the phone, definitely made sure I kept that in. The other stuff is more adjustments to make it a tack-on Universe, that’s up to you.

I highly enjoyed this concept and would welcome GM mode to reboot to something exactly like this. An extension I would add to the superstars sub-category would be “Objectives”, which would affect their morale. Ex: If your mid-carder wants a push and raise, but you bury him instead, his morale plummets and he’s requesting a trade. I hope the 2K devs see this!

THIS would be a perfect way to reintroduce the mode into the games, however I don't have enough faith in 2k pulling something like this off based on how long they get to make the game and how long they get to start adding superstars to the roster. Although with 2k21 not happening this year, they should have more time to work on 2k22 and maybe, just maybe, it will be the best in the series. I hope someone at 2k sees this and takes notes

This needs to be shown to 2K and popular WWE KZbinrs like DenkOps! If we were to have wrestling generators, we should have to option to create our own and import it (before or during the generation) or imported through CC/your saved wrestler, but I don’t mind having just generated wrestlers. And the same should go for create a arena/show. Good job!

I've gotta say my favorite part is the fact there are randomly generated wrestlers as that make all of the hundreds of moves worth having as opposed to never being used. If something like this is implemented, I truly hope there is the option to add your CAW wrestlers in AS the scouted talent. I don't want to scout out some random generated big man; I want to recruit the big man that I specifically made to fill that role. And given Vince's mantra of "We don't hire superstars; we make them" and the way he opposes most talent coming in with their existing gimmicks, it would stand to reason that our recruitments should basically just be a string of traits, but as the GM we should be able to build the character's appearance/moves/etc. to our liking.

This idea deserves to be made into an actual game, rather than a mode within a game. What I love the most is the idea of an open-ended career as GM. No time limit, no ending after Wrestlemania etc. You could play the game, build up a brand, then go on to create a brand new show to rival WWE with a never ending stream of new gen wrestlers. I, for one, would definitely buy it.

Honestly even if the GM mode just had a taste of this it would be great. I love the randomly generated Caws that get scouted from the Indis. Import your own caws and ones you download and see them get scouted I love it.

Great vid sorry I'm late. My favorite part was the scout option. I love the idea of current superstars getting old and hurt and retiring and you as a gm have to build new superstars from around the country from stratch. Maybe one day you could have Seth Rollins come back after a few years for one last title reign it would be amazing

My biggest concern there was the being forced to start the Indy fed 1st i’d rather skip that and go to Raw or SmackDown, and i’d add an option to turn off retirements also the conditions for legends I would want Steve Austin to be a regular on my show and he retired due to injury.

That's done to get you to grips with the mode and all its new features. Plus it gives you a glimpse of random generated characters that may play a bigger role in the game later on. Some people will be available, still like Austin. Just don't expect him to agree to a 60 minute iron man match with hardcore rules haha.

Also something I’ve thought of is along with playing/creating your own generic GM you can also play as one of the former General managers like for example Stephanie McMahon,William Regal,Eric Bischoff,triple h,Shane McMahon,Kurt angle, or import a legend from the games roster/VC store into it and play as him or her for example importing Shawn Michaels and having him as GM of Raw.

the great thing about universe mode is that you're able to see any superstars and any little changes you make visible on the menus screen by seeing your superstars visible in the menu screens. FYI, am aware this is a demonstration

I have a something I would like to add: The ability to do solo or co-op Solo: if you choose solo you choose who you want to play as gm. and the other brand will auto select your opposing gm. For example if you choose to play as a custom character the other brand will pick someone as paige as your opponent. and co-op is self explanatory. Just like how Austin and Tyler do it on UUDD

Something like an option to mark if you want your custom superstar to be discovered in scouting mode as an independent wrestler, and another option to mark them as Legends for the case you create a legend that isn't on the official roster.

I noticed the amount of features this shares with FIFA's career mode, I think a "regen" system similar to FIFA games would be awesome as well. For example; when a wrestler retires a new young guy from the same region with the same style and potential attributes becomes available to scout. Would be awesome

I also would like to see more intricate off-days like in SVR 2008. Imagine for invading a promotion means you do a backstage brawl where you sabotage a set or attempt to injure other brand’s superstars. Or for a podcast/interview you can do it similarly to the promo system in 2k19. Maybe you can do a merchandise sale and customize t-shirts/hats of that superstar. I think there is a lot of fun to be had on the off-days Also the promo slots on the actual card should give the option to actually play them out, and maybe do more things that continue rivalries. That’s the one thing I hated in SVR 2008 was that only two promo options continued rivalries. Hell, throw in weddings, breakups, formations, title vacancies, title debuts, things outside of the ring like scenes at stores and hospitals, Firings, Hirings, Announcements, More than one rivalry per promo slot. Give more freedom in each segment to give the player less stress of continuing rivalries.

What an excellent video this is. Both in concept and quality. The only part of this that I'm not a huge fan of is the starting promotion concept. Personally, I'd rather just jump right in with the main shows. Maybe give players the option to skip this part? Just a small nitpick. Excellent video though!

I tried to give some scope to this. The beginning has reasons behind it. Besides learning the ropes, it gives you an opportunity to spot wrestlers with high potential early and look at taking them with you when you go to one of the other brands. It also gives you the freedom to mess around without Vince sending you requests, which is a bonus! Thank you for enjoying the video!

This would be a brilliant addition to the game and reminds me a lot of the way Football Manager operates their games. Due to this, and the amount that would have to be in the game, I feel it would hold a large amount of files within the game and, because of this, would work as an individual game in itself 👌🏻
