Depending on the nature (and if it has Skill Link ability) of the Cloyster you and Rob are going to use Vik, I would switch out Ice Beam for Icicle Spear and Hydro Pump for Razor Shell if it is an +attack nature being one of: Lonely, Naughty, Brave, Adamant or if it is a +sp atk nature in: Mild, Rash, Quiet, Modest keep with the same moves as you have got there. And if you can get it put a Focus Sash (if you want to 100% set up a Shell Smash) or Never Melt Ice (makes ice type moves deal more damage) (The suggested moves above can all be relearnt by the move relearner since they are level up) Also for Tyranitar get Crunch over Bite, its just better except you dont get the possibility too flinch but Tyranitar is so slow anyway that flinching with it is very rare As well as this Giga Impact is a VERY bad move in battling scenarios unless the pokemon is able to tank for a few turns and if they have a ground/fighting/steel/bug/water/grass/fairy (a lot of weaknesses on Tyra) you should replace it for something like Fire Fang to counter Grass/Bug/Steel types that you may fight With your Infernape dont run any item so Acrobatics is 110 power instead of 55 Delphox change Future Sight for Shadow Ball (move relearner) for more coverage Keep up the good work as well, gonna be sad to see this go

They don’t use move relearner and tyranitar is huge in health and defenses, and I think they might have mentioned the nature, other than that, infernape could have a useable item like a berry, I would use a Salic Berry, since it raises speed when stem in battle, and it is used up so acrobatics base power gets doubled

Thing is when using something like berries on a low health/defences mon like infernape it is fairly difficult to run things like berries without the use of endure

Preferred set is: Shell Smash, Icicle Spear, Liquidation and Rock Blast. In Doubles you might want to use a mixed set by replacing liquidation with surf as it attacks both opponents. Its held item can be a focus sash to guarantee a Shell Smash if you send it out as a lead or send it out after one of your Pokemon die. You can also use King's Rock to flinch the opponent or White Herb to clear defense drops from Shell Smash.

I suggest you remove the dream eater move on Lunala as that only works if the target is asleep for psychic. Also I think that if you combine a psychicium z with a ghosting z you make a lunalium z

Lunala has Shadow Shield which is basically Multiscale but it can't be ignored by Mold Breaker. If you want to use this ability multiple times, you need a reliable recovery move. Lunala learns Moonlight and this is preferred.

I’m fairly sure dream eater only works when a Pokémon is asleep so you shouldn’t waste a move slot on lunala but I could be wrong.

Cloyster is really good with Skill Link, an ability that makes Multi hit moves hit the maximum amount of times they can. So Icicle Spear becomes a Guaranteed 125 Base Power STAB move. Rock Blast can also be used for the same reason for coverage. Focus Sash combined with Shell Smash makes Cloyster an offensive powerful sweeper. Liquidation is preferred.

Put flamethrower on manetric and put psychic on lunala instead of dreameater but keep hypnosis to put their Pokémon to sleep like vengar since he is super quick and is super effective but is weak to psychic moves

You should also put Zen head but on tyranitar because bite is weak compared to crumb and you should have kept thrash and put a lum berry on him so when thrash makes him confused he get healed from the lum berry while gig impact can miss and is like hyper beam

Gengar is faster and can attack Lunala with 4x super effective Shadow Ball but due to Lunala's ability which halves damage at full HP and great bulk it will live.

I've already written a comment about Focus Sash Cloyster as it is preferred but Sash Cloyster is screwed by Sandstorm and priority moves. So other items can be King's Rock to have a 10% chance to flinch 5 times or White Herb to remove defense drops from Shell Smash, although King's Rock and White Herb don't guarantee you get a Shell Smash off, they do provide you with better alternatives.

I agree it needs crunch, but pursuit is too situational, and there is no guarantee they don’t stay in. Ghost and psychic types get hella coverage

@@tylercooke2814 Ghost and Psychic Types normally get Focus Blast but it only has 70% accuracy making whether you hit it or miss it can make or break the game. I agree that they would stay in and Crunch, Earthquake, Stone Edge and one of the elements punches on Tyranitar is a decent move set.

keep in mind as well there is a thing in the game called STAB attacks. This means the move your pokemon uses gets a boost of power if the move and the mon is the same type

Yup. An example of this would be Infernape with Close Combat. Infernape is a Fire / Fighting Pokemon, Close Combat is a 120 Base Power Fighting Move. So essentially: 120 x 1.5 (STAB) = 180 Base Power Move.

Yea but Cloyster is a defense beast. It definitely can live a High Jump Kick or Close Combat. It's weather or not the Cloyster can one shot their entire team with a shell smash.

Yall need a gengar as your boss killers! any iv's just make sure it knows perish song and buy some focus sash's from the shop.. Guaranteed to kill any difficulty boss. Just get a perish song off and switch out pokemon until it dies. op pixelmon strat edit: lapras also works as a good tanky option for boss killers :) or pokemon with the prankster ability, to get a thunder wave off - like klefki

Hypnosis and dream water combo is insanely good, hypnosis puts other Pokémon to sleep and dream eater does good damage to sleeping Pokémon and also heals your Pokémon

Not necessarily, although it is a good combo, Hypnosis has a monstrously low 55% accuracy and for a game where you're going to use this move multiple times, its not exactly the best choice. Hitting or missing Hypnosis could make or break the game.

Give lunala scope lense so that hypnosis always hits, when tyranitar levels up he should learn crunch which is better than bite give manectric flamethrower and make him a special attacker (get rid of wild charge physical)

I like your idea of Scope Lens Lunala with Hypnosis but Leftovers (because of Shadow Shield) or Lunalium Z is preferred. Hypnosis's accuracy is increased but only to 70% or something close to that.

If you want to use Shell Smash then its better if you use a Shuckle with his rare ability.

Shuckle has no reliable recovery other than Leftovers which isnt reliable at all. Shuckle although being extremely defensive and the fact that you can increase those defenses more with contrary shell smash is a more niche pick. Shuckle is prone to be screwed by taking a critical hit. Shell Smash on Cloyster is better. If this comment was a joke I Apologize in advance for not getting it.

Its only fighting move at the time was Mach Punch which is generally used for revenge killing as it is a priority move, however it is weak and Fire Type Moves are preferred.

Definitely get rid of Dream Eater for Psychic on Lunala, also Lunala can learn Roost so remove Hypnosis for that. Manectric really doesn't learn anything, so might be worth putting Light Screen on it to decrease opponents special attack damage and Roar to swap out any Pokemon that might be setting up (I'd replace Thunder and Charge for these). Delphox I'd replace Mystical Fire with Grass Knot for some extra coverage.

Lunala with Moonlight is preferred. They also need Thunderbolt on Manectric. Grass Knot is good as it is a check to Delphox and Manectric's Ground Weakness but it really depends how heavy the Ground Type is so it is more of a situational move.
