I also went there. but it's better to follow the route from Roorkee rather than Saharanpur for your safety. Secondly, try to get your room near to Tiger fall on the very first day of your journey and must visit there on the same day of your trip. On the second day, you should go to Moila Top for 2.5 Km tracking after that go to Sadar Market chakrata and take a hotel room, then go to Chilmiri Top on the same day. Cedar Hotel was charging around 3.5-4K in June. Now its offering it in a very reasonable price to you.
