The movie plot is as under 1) the village in this movie is having just handful of people and amongst them some are the murderers of a police officer and some are the serial child killers 2) the new inspector tries to find both of them but is successful in finding the murderers of the inspector and in the climax identifies the serial child killers. 3) while the inspector was identifying the murderers the serial killers were trying to kill their next target and the inspector avoids it. There is a beautiful story/reason behind the serial killings and being narrated wonderfully. This movie is not for the mass audience and suspense thriller movies are like this only not revealing anything in the middle of the movie. The audience should try to come out of normal mindset and try to identify the context and the content of the movie. Every movie is not like KGF/RRR and this movie needs lots of appreciation than KGF/RRR.

Rakkammas bar had hundreds of customers. In Coastal Karnataka villages u ll find ppl building their homes close to their fields... So consiserable distance usually exists between homes and gives a deserted feel. But schools which were 1 or 2 in number for 6 to 8 villages used to be filled to capacity those days . Vikrant rona is a different world. It cannot be explained , only has to be experienced. I am sure that this is the first indian movie with such 3D experience. Any movie can be seen in mobile or OTT but this must be seen in 3D theatre. I am sure if you have not seen it in 3D theatre u are missing a" VERY BIG" thing .Tears started at the preclimax and my heart was heavy whole day. I am wracking my head in distress. How can rhe same guy who directed the climax (best in Indian cinema) write and direct the muddled, incoherent, crappy first half ?? The movie's outstanding world class Production Design, Cinematography, and near world class bgm deserved a better screenplay. The superb climax and the brilliance with which it has been filmed ( shot composition, camera tracking, editing, cinematography, sound design, action choreography, and bgm fuse and come together with such brilliance, I am shocked the first half came nowhere close to that.
