Victor, in your forehand stance, how do you manage to keep your elbow at a 90 degree angle perfectly without losing any power in your shots? In my experience, the elbow is kept in a tighter postion and a little under your shoulder(but not too much) and rosen the second you jump/swing to maximise the whipping action and therefore power.

In Arena, depending on locations and if AC is on in the arena. There is some drift coming in the arena wich affects shuttlecock's trajectory. Really depends on location and how the arena is build + if Ac is turn on or not.
