From 2010, Armen Keteyian's report on how DEA agents captured Viktor Bout, a convicted Russian arms dealer nicknamed the "Merchant of Death." CNN reported that the U.S. could release Bout to secure the freedom of Brittney Griner and Paul Whelan, both currently imprisoned in Russia.

"Outlaws Inc" is a phenomenal book, the author literally tagged along for a few months on one of Bouts planes and hung out with the crew. The reason they didn't get taken down for so long was simple - anyone and everyone in the game was using them. From Governments to Terrorists.

I remember my first time playing fantasy football, years ago. My team was loaded with wide receivers, but I had nothing at quarterback. I offered to trade an elite receiver for, basically, a scrub quarterback. I was a novice, didn't know any better. Naturally, the guy took me up on the trade.
