I don't know if 14.3 was intentionally that close to the edge of the rough, but that was the most impressive shot so far for me.

He said in the post-round interview that he did a similar shot in the practice round, but that it "didn't go as well" (he probably left it in the rough, knowing that if you go too far.... it really goes way too far). He gave this shot just enough to release and got a beautiful result.

Watching from Canada, I am astounded and dumbfounded at the applause that Koepka got today. Are we so insecure in ourselves that we will grovel and adore any professional athlete? I'm Canadian remember...and I am more offended than it seems many Americans are by these guys getting into bed with the Saudi backed golf outfit. Do these people not understand any history at all? Do they not recognize how September 11 happened and where it came from??? Come on folks, these guys do NOT deserve a free pass.
