You always showcase beautiful homes on your channel, homes that most of us could only dream of owning. What makes your channel great Viktoria is how authentic you are when reviewing the homes. I'm normally not a fan of chandeliers, but I understand their being a necessity. However, I really do like the one at the 4:12 mark. It reminds me of ...oh a piece of fruit being spirally cut; an apple or pear perhaps. 😀 Starting around the 5:46 mark - that feature of getting sparkling water is indeed very cool. That's so unique. Bonus! At the 7:39 mark - yes, I'll have a Coca Cola please with plenty of ice. Thank you Viktoria. 😀 That wood table at the 8:03 mark is exceptional. Not too light and not too dark. Perfecto! Overall I like this home. Nicely and tastefully done. Thank you for posting/sharing it with us. Ciao for now!

Turn on all of the lights and keep the home as the main focus of the tour. I would also encourage you to watch videos from Enes Yilmazer. He is very attractive as well, but has an effective way of keeping the attention on property instead of himself which is amazing. Good luck!
