Well done on the video Nick. I totally agree with your advice after having been here 2 1/2 years . I’ve leaned a lot about purchasing property. We have had friends experience some terrible things due to not knowing these details. This is a very different place than the states and you had better do your homework before buying property here.

It is still amazing to me how many people who arrive here just decide to "wing it" ... and (as you know) they often end up with seriously disappointing and disturbing outcomes. 🤷‍♂ We have been driving this message home for many many years, yet still people do not listen, and as a result deal with some really shady characters here. And we just have to watch them get "taken." 😑 So it goes ... 😎
