How to get Razzly - Chrono Cross Remastered / Radical Dreamers

I went here and blew the flute multiple times. It seemed to enact the wingapede scene at first but it never worked and I kept trying so I just went and fought the hydra. Pretty disappointing. I didn't get Glenn or Razzly this playthrough and I went with Nikki who is not as good as Guile in my personal opinion

first time I jumped down didnt see no cage only chest did I miss it?

I actually switched world's, then came back for Razzly but her chest doesn't appear

I have the same trouble, I chose sace Kid, however, when I fell down I did not see anything on there just the treasure and the monster.

You killed her. She was eaten alive. You have to save her BEFORE you fight the Hydra or she dies.
