If you can believe- Only 1 teeny weeny thing I don’t like: Shower in bath next to library. No one needs to be showering downstairs. Unless they actually need a 10 th bed in the library. Freaking AWESOME house. The black doors with wood blows me away. Stunning, impeccably done. On second thought- I’m wrong. Got to have a ground floor bed/ bath for the elderly or for folks that can’t navigate the stairs.

Perfectly lovely. The grand architecture and is wonderful to have central air. a little modern enough and yet kept in date of the home. I do love it all. But not as rich as I would like. The price is not bad though at all.. for those who are able to handle this amoount.. Someone will be very lucky indeed! If only it could have been me! lol Could just see a young family or someone with family-like grown children and grandchildren who could enjoy coming here and visiting and staying for a time.

Gracious and easy access to every room and stairs to the other levels. Cool refuge in summer and warm and cozy in winter. Wonderfully epic build. Lovely, lovely. The main house is just simply breathtaking. The guest house is charming. My main concern is what sort of septic system is used, in both residences? You haven't mentioned it, tho you have told about heating and cooling. Other than that concern, the property is IS superb. Thank you.

This house has a history. The tiles is the most authentic thing here. The sealing in the bedrooms I would decorate with shifon fine textile goldish or something else orientale, because the sealings in bedrooms look rather rough. The windows everywhere miss certains. I would add some emerald colour in the sealing in dining room area. The kitchens miss some flowering and greens. Bathtab is required. Ruby colour and beautiful blue shades would be good orange gold and bright terracotta
