I don't think so. We had All Inclusive and the activity cost us just like everyone else. We had some activities for free - please see PDF: drive.google.com/file/d/1HMK29puJkMWq9I4XmNjxHfiAKozCf57O/view and we also had a 15% discount at ala carte restaurants.

I recommend both - they will reply to your email that they have noted the request but that they cannot guarantee it. I kindly asked for a beach villa as close as possible to Water Willa and I got 250. At the reception, everyone is very nice and helpful :-)
