It started out at 12.9 million then 10.9 now 8.8 million. It is an amazing house. A friend of a friend rented it for 6 months, he used the putting green for his dogs. When u have money you do what you like.

Love this house because of all the brick/stone work. Also love the master bathroom with indoor/outdoor shower. Though if I had all that money I would also have a much larger pool with lazy river etc especially in that dry place.

Say hello to Mr. Cougar, Mr. Wild Boar, Mr. Bobcat and a community of rattle snakes. Why would anyone need this much on this earth when their are people perishing from famine? While I can admire the talents and grander, I would feel embarrassed to live there without giving a great deal of my wealth to charity. A little slice of this European style in a well planned, efficient space would suit me perfectly.
