In this vlog we are in Joseses farm looking for coconuts. Coconut is an essential in the village cuisine as you can use it for many things. Josese and Pai are going to show us how to collect the coconuts and how the process it in the village to turn it into coconut milk which they will use for cooking.
The two chefs are going to show one of the many ways they use the coconut milk for in the village. They have harvested some eggplants which they are going to cook with the coconut milk and the side dish is going to be the bananas brother (banana plantain) which they also harvested from Joseses farm. The chefs will showcase how to cook the bananas brother (banana plantain) village style.

Admire how the elders in the background are teaching these young men the proper way of preparing meals -- and many more like fishing, farming, scrapping coconuts, lovo preps, getting pigs and cows slaughtered for major villages/ family gatherings eg. Weddings, funerals, birthdays and many more. Elders actively involved in very important to younger generations learning. 👏👏👏👏👍👍💯💙💙💙💙💖💖💖💖
