When were these videos recorded? All the state park videos have an early 2000s feel, but this was just posted a few years ago.

Out of content but please give this message to who ever is in charge of TPW,please shut down state parks, let personnel go to their homes and quarantine ,their lives matter to their love ones,coronavirus is already in Laredo tx and McAllen as well
