It is a beautiful house at a beautiful location. I think that it will be sold very fast. Perhaps the people who buy it might want to adjust some little things, which is normal when you buy a new house, but the property is already in very good shape and it doesn't require any major structural work. the only pro is water that property misses plenty water for the land , in castelo branco bwater is a must for anything you do in our property
