This is an excellent educational video. I found it difficult to understand her comments when she was turned away or bent over. Multi use of an item is a major method of living when 200 products of one product are not available. She us correct when she stated everything in her village is fresh. They live with the basics.

We just pull a button for having plenty of water, to take a bath, have a shower or anything else. To carry 300 kg water for every German in this way is not possible. If you carry the water, you must take care of it, use only the necessary quantity, use it sparingly.
