Padma Nomo is very cute, being a ladakhi never visited Maan, thank you for showing it. The mill we call Ranthak in Ladakh, which runs by water by using potential energy. Lots of love and best wishes for your achievement and healthy life . Jullay from Ladakh. Whenever you visit mountain passes we tye prayer flags written mantras and prayer, which we believe that wind will carry away so that each and every sentient beings are free from suffering or obstacles. Some prayer flags had printed with Windhorse which symbolise praising it to carry positive massage with the wind. KiKi SoSO lhar gyalo chanting after putting prayer means that Victory to the god ( deities of passes or mountain) or Dharma.
