one of the reason the old people are so strong and healthy. In this process the the flour doesn't burn out like today's wheat grinder which kill all the nutritional elements .The second best option to have this kind of healthy flour is water mills or Gharat

mai jab chakki chalata hoon to usse pathar zhadta hai. koi upay batayien. i am using new chakki. when i use it some particles of stone gets mixed into the flour. Also the flour i get is not very thin inspite of doing all necessary settings. please leave your phone number if you are aware of Hand operated flour mill. Thanks Vikram

RANA FROM HARYANA tried all 12 kg aata pees chuka hun. jisse le thi woh yeh same chakki use kr rha hai. pta nhi aur kitni mhnat lagegi. mujhe pathar pe doubt hota hai. yeh laal pathar hai jabki phle kala ya grey pathar use krte thy. dont know wht to do.

For very first time use the chakki ,grinding rock salt then clean it water after that use as you wish
