Wow, fascinating and very well done. What a sad story. My heart goes out to them all. Couldn’t imagine staying in a place you know your fate was sealed. 😢

I’ve heard of this village before but never have seen it. I didn’t know the death toll was so high after they locked down.

I visited Eyam many years ago. It's a wonderful village, very conscious of its place in history.

There was also a plague in London from 1665-66, and the cloth delivery spread it to Eyam and other small towns.

I just read all the comments and was thinking the exact same thing, some of them are very bizarre indeed and in no way relate to this perfectly narrated video!🤔😂✌️
