I’ve heard of this village before but never have seen it. I didn’t know the death toll was so high after they locked down.

I visited Eyam many years ago. It's a wonderful village, very conscious of its place in history.

There was also a plague in London from 1665-66, and the cloth delivery spread it to Eyam and other small towns.
