@@personalchef9132 видимо ума у вас с Гулькин хрен. Мне уже под полтос и детство моё пришлось на 80-е. Именно так в деревнях и одевались. А готовили другие блюда и тоже на самодельных глиняных (мазаных) печках на улице. Учи историю, сынок.

Hanımları çok beğendim. Çok temiz oldukları belli yemek pişirmeleri harika bunlar türkmü genelde iranlılar alevi oluyorlar. Türkiyedeki aleviler çok temiz ve iyiler. Gila bölgesi Karadeniz bölgesi gibi Tunceli gibi yüksek kesimler çok güzel oluyor orada yaşamak isterdim. İşte benim olmak istediğim yer. Burada yaşayan ölürüm.. Wonderfull, thank you somuch for sharing a bit of your life with me. I particular like the broad beans pilaf with the dill and other herbs. Once i bought this in a can at an Iranian shop in my city The Hague in The Netherlands. It didn't taste fresh so ever since I wanted to make this with fresh ingredients myself. I know the rest of the world envies the west for it's wealth and luxury. But our food culture has gotten so low. Here it's all pre produced ingredients, sometimes you don't know what you eat. Then I wish for a life more connected to nature and earth. I cannot get it in the Netherlands, too many people on too little land. But i can watch your video, and imagine what your food tastes like. I know a lot is going on in the world. I hope you are happy, and I whish you only love and good health.

for the meat as it was in the title is lamb neck, the rice cook with dill and dried fava beans of course it would be better with fresh fava beans but in winter we used frozen or dried beans.

Professional to the core..Worlds biggest 7 and 5 stars can never dream of such exquisite preparation...It just reminds me how these 5 and 7 star branded chain of Hotels rip people of with their Costs and poor Quality... Video and audio points with the Tempo in cooking spread out very well.. fabulous setting..utensils..pots and pans...Dog barking..Dog snoozing.. chickens...all just amazing ..
