Iam into catering nd thavalai adai has become my signature dish.Thers is great demand for this.i add coconut nd lot of curry leaves nd coriander finely chopped while seasoning.i use half each 9f coconut oil nf ghee.gives a wonderful flavour.My pattis recipe.it ofcouse varies frm family to family.enjoyed the yendram feel Very nice.
