Today we cook crispy veg fry recipe with using cauliflower and mushrooms.
We made cauliflower 65 and mushroom 65 for vegetarian lovers. We use an easy method to cook these recipes by adding simple and healthy ingredients.
Everyone will love this side dish recipe by eating with rice. We just did that.

'Arumai'/awesome, what I've noticed... 1. the freshness of the vegetables/ingredients... wish i could get such fresh vegetables 2. they use minimum powdered spices, they grind their fresh spices which is authentic to Tamil's cooking. Ppl hardly do this nowadays, even professional chefs don't, all prefer to use powdered spices due to convenience. 3. their energy, speed and teamwork... this amaze me most.
