I love to watch grandma cutting veg. She is a magician otherwise it is not possible to cut the veg. on palm.with enormous speed. She must have some hidden secret. Anyway she is very lovable.

The way she prepared, it gave me the essence of it's pure taste. The real taste exists in her way of cooking. The tipical Malayalee cooking style. Early days our mothers and grandmothers used to cook this way but now our generation has no patience for all this and the tradition has lost somewhere😢. Thank you for taking us back to those days.

I love jackfruit curry but i braise it a little oil then ur onions spices ginger and garlic Masala and add jackfruit and let it cook on medium heat.

Dear grandma, I love to watch your videos. Suddenly I saw your video on you tube. So I subscribed. I used to watch your videos on FB. a big hug from Sri lanka. My mom used to make tender Jack fruit almost similar way. Her cutting method bit different. We cutting in to big chunks. And finally adding some tamarind paste. So it will make the baby jack fruit more tender
