With the little she has, she is happy, nothing luxurious, fancy or high class. In fact, I love her kitchen truly.. outdoor, well kept, and organized. God bless you Madam. You are truly a great cook and a loving mother.

Good morning Anoma! I just love seeing how you harvest all the amazing fresh ingredients straight from mother nature herself. The huge Taro dish looked so delicious with all the wonderful spices. I've never had Taro and would love to try it, does the taste compare to a potato? The kids are growing up so fast, they're just adorable. Tell them "hello" for me and y'all have a wonderful day! Big ((Hugs)) and Love from Texas!! 🤗💙😍💜

It does not taste like potato, but it is itself a wholemeal..
I have been watching these videos and every time I hear the birds chripping i always go into mood that I can live peacefully. The vegetation, the trees ,the streams, every thing about this I love ,the house,Oh how much it takes me back to my childhood days .If given the chance to live in a place like that ,I would gladly accept it. Beautiful,Just beautiful.

badjang is different ...badjang is toxic. this looks like a ka-ong in visayan language....and there is another type of giant taro called palaw or palawan. both are kind of old world taros and probably hard to come by in the philippines with the destruction of the jungles...

You have prepared a very interesting dish with taro tuber. Taro stems and tubers are a delicacy. The taro tuber is very nutritious. It has high levels of Vitamin C, B6 and E. It has carbohydrates, manganese, potassium, copper, phosphorus and folate. It is cooked in various ways by people in various Asian countries. I have learnt a new recipe different, from the usual baking, boiling, chips etc, etc, You walked quite a distance to get the tuber, but managed to prepare a meal just in time for lunch. The taro dish looks very appetising. So pleasing to see you and your children enjoying your lunch. You look so tired dear. Put your feet up and rest a while. All the best to you and your children. May God bless you and your family always. With lots of love 😍💕💕💕🙏

I never knew to cook this big giant taro this way, in my country (Suriname) we always grate it and make a layer dish with it in the oven. It goes like: grated taro mixed with herbs, onions garlic butter etc and chicken broth, we put first layer taro mix then chicken and than we top it of with another layer of taro mix and then it goes in the oven 😋😋.
