My Goodness!! So pleased to see the making of All the delicious recipes.....fresh vegetables...herbs& spices....(non-processed) dishes. An amazing amount of labor & PATIENCE involved. ...definitely a lesson to be learned....cooking from scratch...but this method is so healthy.Indeed a labor of LOVE!! So admire " Grandma 's skills & the teamwork of the other cooks.Am from the southern part of U.S.A....observed grandparents cooking outside on occasion..especially for large crowds of guests (barbecue..etc).They were in tune with nature: planted..grew.cultivated.almost everything they needed as food.Witnessed rice & sugar cane being grown& harvested. What a wonderful experience for children....teaches much respect for one's natural environment!! Perhaps this explains the enthusiasm today for elaborate "outside kitchens".Grandma & staff create gorgeous meals without fancy gadgets. What a talented chef!! Do NOT understand how grandma does NOT cut herself using that multiple knife/ peeling utensil.Lots of practice...I GUESS!! Love to see the lovely little girls.Thumbs up to them. Are they in line to learn grandma's culinary skills? PEACE unto ALL ...Kathy Dowdye..U.S.A...Richmond,Virginia...mom .grandmom.retired teacher

I dont care if they taste good or bad, i'm just proud they put the time and effort to make classic potato chips from complete scratch. No factory, no coloring, no flavoring, simple seasoned chips. It can't get better than this

These are literally the best looking potato chips I have seen in all the tutorials I've watched. Having a goddamned kitchen and fancy tools means nothing if you can't get these stellar results man, I have mad respect for these ladies. Also, the exessive pan shots give me life xD this guy knows how to make a video exciting lmao I mean, seriously. When he kept jumping back and forth between the leaf weaving and the potato peeling I was Losing My Mind.
