Here in Korea when we throw our furnitures we have to pay the garbage collectors, and normally when korean move to another apartment they throw almost all their older furnitures and many Korean big city dwellers transfer apartment almost every 5 years on average.so those furnitures are almost new and of good quality.

I love staying in that area because it is not so busy, although I would like it if Radisson blu or Marriott was there, but Northwinds and Century Gardens will suffice, both are clean and inexpensive.

Old B must have been sweating bullets watching you make your way around the store. You sounded particularly interested in some of the furniture and artifacts.

Jim Alvir I have my eye on a few things, the easiest way to deal with my husband is to make him feel he has a say in the matter after the event. Can I ....? If he says yes - no problem. If he says no, you just tell him I thought you would say yes.

Korean Surplus Store ? I can only think that it must be a 60/40 partnership as foreigners can not own businesses in the Philippines
@villagepeoplephilippines3 жыл бұрын
Ken Thomson I don't know where you got that foreigners can't own businesses in the Philippines. It is possible for a foreigner to solely own a business in the Philippines depending on the type of business and the investment made. The 60/40 rule is another thing a lot of people mention, I have even heard foreigners say they own 40% of their house and lot and the wife owns 60% which is often incorrect. Unfortunately most people just don't understand the corporate structure, share capital and even how business works.
