absolutely wonderful version. Acoustic really lifts some songs, it makes you focus and think about the lyrics more...I could listen to this over and over

I am just a man tippin' on the wire Tight rope walking fool balanced on desire I can not control these ever changing ways So how can I be sure the feeling will remain It'll always change But everything I am is yours Everything I am is yours Find it hard to say what's going on inside Got these little walls, couldn't break them if I tried But I promise I'll be true and I promise I'll be right Sickness and in health In the darkness and the light I give you every sigh 'Cause everything I am is yoursEverything I am is yours Left my demons at the door So what you opening it for? I guess they'll help you understand Everything I am, Everything I am Left my demons at the door So what you opening it for? I guess they'll help you understand Everything I am, Everything I am

What's the D chords he's playing in the verse?
@marcusholmbring5143 жыл бұрын
It's a C-inversion. Basically a C moved up two frets, barring the 2nd fret ☺️

I give up trying to play this. I can’t work the chords out 😩
@laymantraveller3913 жыл бұрын
Me too. It's an Am to start, and then he barre's the 2nd fret with as far as I can tell one finger on the 4th fret of the D. Doesn't sound right when I play it though.
@laymantraveller3913 жыл бұрын
Now I've said that it doesn't even look like he's playing the 1st fret of the B string on the Am, but it sounds like Am to me.
