I have an old coffee grinder that I use to grind chias to a powder... Then add the powder to soups and stews- the soluble fiber in chia seeds thicken them nicely and the powdered seeds boost the nutritional profile.😊 I make a delicious Garlic-Herb Bread that I started adding chia and flax seeds to a number of years ago and occasionally include quinoa and sunflower seeds if I have any on hand. Yummy 😋

Hey Boss, you need to make it again, but sweeten the milk first, then mix in the chia seeds and let it stand for half an hour. The Chia seeds absorb the milk and become like blobs of jelly. Once set, then you can add the strawberries to decorate it and they will stay on top, not sink into the milk. Chia seeds have no taste so alone, they do not add any flavour. You add flavour to the milk first, and then add the seeds. Try again and you’ll see what a big difference it makes. You can even use strawberry flavoured milk. You should be able to eat it with a spoon because it’s so thick.

Mix it with cocoa powder for more yumminess. Also it can sit longer so the seeds soak up the milk. And add vanilla if it's not too expensive.

My kids love chia. They mix it with plain yogurt with blueberries or strawberries, so good for the gut… unless you have diverticulitis.

Not sure what recipe was used, but definitely try making it again. Chia pudding is not a drink. It's actually quite thick, and eaten with a spoon.

Chia pudding is not supposed to be drinkable; you're supposed to eat it with a spoon. It just needed more time to set. It takes some time for the chia seeds to thicken the milk.

With all due respect, I have to disagree. In my personal experience, not all Westerners know the nutritional value of all foods, so I see nothing wrong with sharing what you've learned about a particular food or ingredients with folks. Since the very early days of this channel, our dear friend, "Dr. Tahir" has been sharing his thoughts on, or beliefs about, the health benefits of the different foods that they're served. If anything, for long-time viewers and/or subscribers of this channel, it's pretty much expected from him. 😊

I suppose that depends on the different cultural interpretations of pudding. Definitions can differ from one culture to another. In Pakistani cuisine, they make a dessert called seviyan or vermicelli pudding that is a rather soupy consistency when it sets up. That dish probably informed their interpretation of how this pudding should turn out.
