Linda, you are right about using two hands on the wheel during a rainstorm. I am Jerry's size and when I have passengers in the car, I have to think of their safety first. My Dad passed away 5 years ago just short of his 95th birthday. He was a 17 year old right off the farm when he was at Normandy. He was also at the Battle of the Bulge and helped liberate a concentration camp. He was in 5 major battles. So, I'm anxious to hear your interview with the 99 year old veteran. Thank you for honoring him, and thank you for your service sir.

My uncle was in every battle but D day as a paratrooper/lineman he had malaria during DDay had he gone I would not have met him he lost his whole unit there . His bless all those men for our freedom I can’t wait to hear that interview as well .. I know coming from Jerry and Linda it will be outstanding

Don't be afraid to go kayaking! My husband is a kayak tour guide at Manatee Springs and Fanning Springs. He leads tours out into the Suwanee River and says gators will not normally bother a kayak. However, do not have a dog in your kayak, gators like to eat 'em.

You mentioned that you drove with your "Hazard Lights" on during a rainstorm. Although the law changed and you may drive in Florida with your Hazards on - IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED unless your vehicle has a mechanical issue or if there is an accident . Note: the law changed about 2 years ago and is permitted on above 55 MPH and in heavy rain or fog.

Hi Linda - I'm with you 100% about 1-handed driving. My husband does the same thing on long road trips at high speeds. Even worse, his 1 hand is at 7:00 & he's not left handed. He says, that's how he drives to work everyday > holding his coffee. The problem is that he'll get mad at the other drivers when he has to react quickly. I was a classroom driving Instructor for many yrs. I told those new teen drivers that the response time is quicker & better controlled with 2 hands on the wheel. I guess, we just can't teach these older dogs - new tricks. Hahaha!! ❤😂

I don't get the complaints, especially about music. You can turn off the audio and just see captions. Your videos are amazing, anyone who has watched for any amount of time, knows that you do a fabulous job and care a lot about them. Life is a learning process, we aren't all born holding a camera and wearing a mic but yours are exceptional. You need to gel + foam seats with ergonomic cut outs for the bikes.

If she goes to church she is no doubt that one nightmare who thinks she has to tell the pastor everything he did wrong in his sermon and everything wrong with the church. The stick extension was clever, but I also just heard of someone who can put a clip of your card into your side mirror so the gates open. Looking forward to trying that. 13 regional centers where you get passes money is exchanged for tickets etc. they have sports pools only open to residents not guests. The smaller centers are Village Centers must be 60 of them can’t get passes etc. each Village Center reports to a Regional Center. The manager of the Regional Center is the boss over the managers of the Village Centers.

Just wanted to point out that while many people do wash their cars in their driveway all that soap, degreaser and wax ends up in the retention ponds. Along with all the fertilizer and bug stuff we put on our lawns.
