Villagio Go Karting Track Guide (tutorial)

It's interesting how little your steering moves as your going along the track. It seems you set the kart in the exact position required for each corner so their is no need for correction afterwards. Great stuff. These videos give us great encouragement and boosts our confidence. Please do continue with more.

Great guide! Just a heads up for those that are looking to try this at Villagio, the kart speeds vary significantly on some rounds. When I was karting here, the operators said that there was a collision earlier on, so the speed of the karts were reduced. Regardless, I was able to cut down my time by 3-4 seconds going from 32-33 ish on my first ride, and down to low 29s later on. Although with the speed of the karts, I couldn't seem to achieve 28 seconds or lower, despite having correct braking techniques, racing lines, etc. TL;DR // Kart speeds may not be as fast as in the video, don't be disappointed if you get a slower time while applying these techniques.

A tip for turn six because the track has no grip your gonna slide so I tap on the break for under a second and keeping the throtel in the middle when turning and flat out when exiting so do a power slide I think that’s better edit turn 7

Sadly, I only managed to get a 30.09 as a lap. We had an 8 year old kid bump into us every turn..

The first time i came to this track i had to slow down cuz of other drivers not giving space and purposely slowing down to slow me down. The fastest i could go was 29.854. Now that i see this video, i realize that slight drift on a certain place to gain speed was not the right thing to do.

It would be great if they had a Sodi Karting championship like the one in Dubai. It would be even better if we have a championship before the Qatar 2022 Worldcup.

So right now in the state the track is in it is impossible to attempt a record lap

Absolutely! The fastest lap at Villagio is 23.6 seconds. Currently nobody can even get close to 24.0 seconds!
