While I can't know exactly what you're going through, I personally found that tics get worse with stress, particularly if that stress is about NOT having tics in important situations. If I was ever worried about it, I would just explain to the person that I get tics, and they would usually understand. From there I would get less and less worked up about tics, and I no longer struggle as much with them.

Something i was thinking about wolfy is that, the things that may make you feel stupid, such as your ticks and such, aren't a bad thing. They make you who you are. A very relatable and honestly very awesome and entertaining youtuber. And think about someone like markiplier. He still pulls in millions of views on all his new videos, even though he has his own quirks. We all love you for who you are, and we don't wish you to change. To avoid swallowing with chomper when you want to chomp, just bunny hop/jump. Chomper can't swallow while in air so unless you time it extremely shitly, bunny hopping prevents swallowing

Cam mate i have touretts as well and i used to have them extremely bad and i have learnt how to deal with them where i don't even tic anymore just know you need to not think about them and try to reduce them into a movement that's more comfortable for you and sometimes well... with me sometimes i get tics in my head as well that makes funny jokes and it's sometimes pretty funny have you ever heard of the saying if you can't beat em join em... try and learn how to bond with your tics and eventually you will learn how to control them instead of them controlling you, you will always be a G
