To talk about Broly's Ki, you first need to understand what kind of character he is. He is a support unit with good defensive mechanics, revival, and some decent damage output. He’s not a pure attacker that devastates everything, and there are already many of those in this team. The fact that he has that kind of Ki allows you to choose to go for the 12ki, where he can give you that extra defense you need, instead of focusing solely on attack. In his case, it's literally a choice between offense and defense. That said, I don't see it as a flaw, quite the opposite, it's a good option. For example, with LR Ginyu, the same kind of option exists, but it’s not as practical.

Easiest domain, easiest revive (since as soon as your domain is gone you are able to revive) and changes ki spheres. Villains didn’t need a damage dealer they needed support. AGL and the teq broly duo deal more than enough damage for the team

Truth, Broly has permanent Super Effective after attacking once while his domain is active. He only orb changes to STR and guards during his domain. Then if any revives happens, he gets the +defense. If his revive skill activates, he gets the INT orb changer and 60% support.

I think he’ll be really good but it feels like they were scared of him being too good. NO ki besides the +2 per ki sphere, NO additional supers at all (makes his crazy set of 18 ki and 12 ki super attacks not as congruent and effective), NO crit or ANY offensive utility besides super effective after getting that domain attacking condition.

He’s an defensive/support unit for villains. Why does people want an support/defensive unit have outstanding offensive capabilities when his whole team is nuking every boss in the game. His whole purpose is to support via orb changing, stat increasing and to protect his team with his revive and he also heals. How is this not clear is unknown to me, yet people who want defensive units suddenly flip a switch and love offensive units like gohan. I will never understand the dokkan community…

@@swauseguy9911 The worse thing is to expect high standards on every unit that will release. Broly is an excellent addition to all the teams he will be on. There is more than plenty of powerhouses in most of his teams, so giving said teams more survivability and protection will help on the long run. I rather him having more utility over damage, since he will be mostly competing with himself(Both the LR teq broly’s and agl broly or even any future broly eza’s.) I am more than pleased and happy about his kit than with gohan’s. Don’t get me wrong gohan is really good, yet he doesn’t do anything really that surprising compared to his part 1 partner(the z broly trio). Sure he does lots of damage, yet so does most of the units in 2024 and on his team.

The massively raise attack isn't that impactful because super attack effects boost super attack multiplier which is already pretty high. So at best it's only adding 1-2 million to the attack stat. Hope that helps.

You have a full broly team now, slot 1 Tank is (Newest) TEQ LR Broly, you have the damage dealers for slot 2 being AGL LR Broly, TEQ SC Lr Broly, and if you want to take the risk DFE INT Broly (most likely a floater) then you have the supports being PHY LR Broly (Cheelai & Lemo), and this INT LR Broly. So i think his role fits perfectly as he is different and not the same old heavy hitter broly we always get.

Why floater? He has a not so difficult condition revive and gives buff to the whole team and gets a lot more def after triggering it, I'd play a double teq Broly lead and the teq Eza and the int LR next to the two teq Brolys, the AGL super Broly as a floater alongside cell max and turles, a kinda immortal and fun team

This broly is honestly very good. His intro supports the entire team, so if you run 2 you'll have around 3 turns of 80% defense for the whole team. His domain is immediate so that is another 15% attack and defense for 3 turns. His revive is great and if you proc it he's a 60% attack and defense support. He's also a healer and has really good defense. Just because his damage isn't the highest doesn't mean he's bad, and he will age well with how his revive and domain works. I'll be summoning for him because he perfectly rounds out movie bosses

Gohan has good defensive value but he isn't doing anything for the team other than being an effective slot 2 with high damage

He's in a dokkan event, he doesn't need him to 12 ki for more defense? And in most content Broly won't need the extra defense from intentionally avoiding the 18 ki. He's trying to show everything the character can do, people are gonna care more about the attack stats, and he can't even show Broly's defense after doing a 12 ki, so why would he bother here? I don't think he's biased toward Gohan, Gohan is just a visibly better unit. Hits harder, thanks better, more utility. Broly has problems that Gohan doesn't have.

This Broly is the best partner of eza teq Broly. Gives slot 1 tank, Domain, ki orbs and a revive in case the teq eza is caught. Then after the domain ends, u can just swap him with the LR teq carnival since the int one won't guard anymore. The Extreme best combo of this WWC.
