I think a quirk that allows him to instantly analize the opponents powers and moves, allowing him to adapt to the opponents fighting style would be more fitting, considering that he has already been doing that, just at a slower pace.

My god I have so many things to say about this video 1: usually other animatics have one frame every few seconds, but u sometimes even have one for one second. Im not saying this is bad, in fact its good because there is more content so thank u for that 2: whenever I watch animatics I always find one or two scenes that looked the best or most like deku, but in this video, most of them looked amazing. For me, I like to twist the plot a little: Instead of becoming a villain that is quirkless after being rejected by his idol, Deku then researches about the Villains, particularly All For One, and finds out that he can take and give quirks, to those who are willing to work with him ofc. Deku then searches for months using his analysis skills until he finds the villains’ lair. He meets up with All For One, and demands to be given a quirk. All For One acknowledges his desperation and his yearn for vengeance, and he is also surprised that he managed to find them. So he lends him a quirk under one condition: it’s completely randomized. Deku accepts this, and ends up with a quirk that allows him to slow down or freeze time. He then trains his physical abilities so he could take on all sorts of opponents. He’s then recruited with Tomura Shigaraki, Twice and the rest, where they attack the school. Bakugo realizes what he, his friends and many other people had done to Deku to drive him into this corner that made him become a villain. Blah blah blah I’d get into more detail and stuff but this is long enough, tell me if you have any other ideas!

I really like this imagining of Villian Deku. It doesn't take away from the essence of the Deku we know and love, it has just taken a different outcome. How he is observant and smart in his planning, still willing to help people, and caring for his mom, but he knows the new path he is on- where his turmoil and pain has lead him to- and embraces it. I actually would've prefer if Izuku came to school quirkless then gained One for All, but like still trained under All Might- that would really prove that he can be a hero no matter what, maybe it could be when he needs to chose a successor he can still be a hero but quirkless.
