Oh, I have my own Villan au, lack of understanding. Loneliness, talking to myself. Problems with feeling sensitive emotions, loneliness. Huge depression, discrimination from my surroundings. In my case, the Villan is my mother, not my father, which makes it easier for me to at least want changes. I'm more of a Hero's sidekick 'then an alleged cheater', anyway, the song is not very atmospheric, but it's mega accurate. And as for Elizabeth, it's more of a cheater or hero's sidekick, because she thought that by doing what she was doing, she would help someone 'mainly her father, but still', let's add that Elizabeth was convinced until her death that her brother was evil, only when he died did she guess that she had made a mistake. Okay, using cunning, but she might not have realized that she had made a mistake in her judgment. And the situation with c.c. could have confirmed her belief that Michael is terrible, even if it's not true. So I think that if Michael was shown at least how the latch in the spring works like in the silver eyes Henry showed the child Emily, then Michael would have had concerns. Sure he tormented c.c., but he wouldn't have killed him. It was the lack of information towards Michael that made Afton succeed, if Michael had been informed of the consequences Afton would have lost. In the silver eyes whether Afton would win depended on Carter, and in the original on Michael. Well, I was blackmailed by what my mother said, then it turned out that my sister was not favorable to my mother so she lied to win, so manipulation in this direction does not surprise me
